My name is MANGESH RAJAN REDKAR .
my realme tv 43 inch -display was not working so then i registered a complaint for that on
15 September 2021.technician visited my house on 20 Sep 2021 and diagnosed the problem he told me that your panel needs to be changed and you will get a call from realme between 7-10 days .
I called your contact number several times and they told me your panel replacement request is not approved by the rm department .So then I called realme customer support no many times but didn't get any response from them .
so then on 8 October 2021.i registered a complaint against realme india in National consumer helpline forum and my Grievance no is 3012511.
After 3 days I got a call from the realme escalation department. They told me our issue will be solved within 7 days and will receive a call from realme .
I called the realme customer support number today and they told me that your service provider has been changed so you have to wait for 3 days until you will receive a call from realme .
It's been 35 days since realme has not provided any solution.
So it's my demand as a consumer either replace my TV or refund my money within 7 days.or else i will take a legal action against realme india.
