I'm Avinash Pal, i buyed realme 9i 5G on 08 December 2022, and paid online Rs.14999/- and i cancelled the order on same day 08 December 2022, still no refund from realme today is 31 December 2022, giving fake reasons on calls for refund, and not refunding my money.

    After a lot of efforts on daily basis & time span of 10 days, pickup of defective product happened against RLM[protected] & RLM[protected]. I don’t know how much time it will take to get replacement. Being a reputed company, service should be fast but I was not expecting such a poor service at least from Realme. Please help.

      I have purchased a buds 2 wireless from Realme india and its working well from starting of few months but after sometime i felt like pairing issue and battery backup issue that's why i went to the portal of Realme and i did also contact to the customer support of Realme and they claim me " please visit to our services centre it near by you and u will get a new product if any happened issue and we will resplace ur products" then i agree with his consultant but the service centre are not located in my area that why i visited another place in different locations who have most distance from me but whenever i handover the product in service centre they said that " sir we will contact you from gmail or phone no which u provide after the diagnosis will completed hey claims me this operation will may take 3 to 4 days maximum, so then i was agree after his talking but they did not provide me any hardcopy of receipt or job sheet only they said that please click one photo of our fill up details forum where i mentioned the contact details and product details but they don't have any id or token number are mentioned but still I was agree and i came back to my home but they did not informed me anything through the contact details and i seen the time priod are gone away 15 to 20 days but they had not informed me and when i contact to customer hey said that ur products are okay they have no any problem so please come any take your products we can't resplace thi items because we didn't find any issues with ur products. And now I'm very Disappointed of this behaviour and still product are in service centre and I'm out of station and i can't visit their and also its not a near of my location they are 90km to 100km covered distance from me and now i have no much of time to go there and come back and got no response their services totally Disappointing meπŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜• please do anything if possible and take a action against him service 😟

      Now I'm very frustrated of this kind of behavior and please kindly provide me resplacement product in my pickup location because I'm out of station and also services centre are much distance from me and my house, others wise i can't purchase a any product of Realme from next time, i never trust next time and also I'm not suggest any one to buy any product of Realme, and still i have much of products of Realme but if company will not provide me my product and better service then i will never trust of Realme and his products.

      I'm requsting to you that Please provide me the product at my home address which is " Buxar Bihar ", because of service center is too far from my home approx 90 to 100 kms and i'm out of station for a long time so i'm unable to recieve the product from service centre that's why i'm asking this .! So please delivered it to my home address.

        I've ordered realme 9 pro on 15th of March. It's been 4 days since they are not even despatching the parcel nor giving any update on it. Every time i call they say parcel will reach out to you on 5th day but they are not even despatching the order

          Today is 3 January and i have not received any update from realme.
          I have contacted them through fb but they told to send me email.i had email them at orders.[protected]@realme.com but they said order will be dispatched soon but no update till now.
          And now I cannot cancel my order and get my refund
          I have bought mobile on emi.
          Please cancel my order or dispatch as soon as possible

            I have called in realme customer care and complaint through mail in orders.[protected]@realme.com.

            They replied that refund initialized on October 25th, now 7 days completed. when i contacted hdfc bank they are saying that emi is still active, and not get any response from realme merchant about cancellation till today

              My name is Nasheerahmad kanakawad
              my realme tv 43 inch -display was not working so then i registered a complaint for that on
              September 2021. technician visited my house on Sep 2021 and diagnosed the problem he told me that your panel needs to be changed and you will get a call from realme between 7-10 days .
              I called your contact number several times and they told me your panel replacement request is not approved by the rm department .So then I called realme customer support no many times but didn't get any response from them.
              After somedays I got a call from the realme escalation department. They told me our issue will be solved within 7 days and will receive a call from realme .
              I called the realme customer support number today and they told me that your service provider has been changed so you have to wait for 3 days until you will receive a call from realme .
              It's been 45 days since realme has not provided any solution.
              So it's my demand as a consumer either replace my TV or refund my money within 7 days.or else i will take a legal action against realme india.

                My name is MANGESH RAJAN REDKAR .

                15 September 2021.technician visited my house on 20 Sep 2021 and diagnosed the problem he told me that your panel needs to be changed and you will get a call from realme between 7-10 days .
                I called your contact number several times and they told me your panel replacement request is not approved...

                I have bought realme tv 43 inch tv before 10 months from now it is under warranty and Not been used so much but tv panel is totally gone i complained on 26 of Aug and Engineer came 28th aug checked and registered for replacement of panel issue today its 29 Of September No help no calls nothing from realme whenever i call i call between 2 3 days they are giving same fraustating answer we are rising ur issue to senior team they will call back but nothing happens the tv is totally gone no image nothing just sound coming dont buy this cheap tv also there are thousands of same complaint regarding realme tv on youtube same complaint same issue are there iam appealing to consumer support please stop the sales of this cheap company in india they are just looting us look back they just have one 2 cases they have thousands of same cases these products should be ban in india iam totally disappointed ill never buy this realme product again hated it wasted my 27000 rs like burning money

                  I have raised a complaint on 28th August 2021, at the time they told within 10 to 12 days issue will be resolved like that however more than 13 days completed still issue not resolved, I was so frustrated and disappointed on realme service.

                    Power Bank was purchased on 21st April 21
                    from Mayur Mobile Shop situated at virar east.

                    Seller name was Satyam Jaiswal.

                    As product
                    was defected(rather it was discharging mobile
                    battery instead of charging) and it was intimated
                    to shop keeper and they had asked me to test it
                    for few more days saying product is under warranty however they're not
                    responding on calls now and I've
                    been cheated for rs1200.

                    Actual price of the product was β‚Ή799 that I came to know later.

                    When contacted @realmeindia and it's CEO through twitter to inform the same, they didn't respond and their twitter support message response were nonsensical.

                      I ordered on 28th july 2020 and i cancel on the next day 28th july 2020. After that i wait for 7 working days to refund. During that time i complaint with customer service but not yet refund. It was almost 15 days ago. Please help.

                        I devansh shukla make an order on 9th may on the official site of realme.
                        I ordered realme 5s amt.: β‚Ή11, 999
                        But due to some issues i cancelled that phone on 15th may. After 10 days when i didn't receive any refund i called them but no one answered the call and then i contact through their chat service which is available on there official site. Now from past 7 days they are saying wait for sometime and making lots of excuses. When i request to provide seller's contact no. They refused by giving an excuse that they can't share it. Sir it about 17 days but i didn't received any refund yet. Please help me for getting my refund.
