I booked a Real me TV online via flip kart. The TV was delivered at my home on 27th of September 2022 and installation was decided on 29th September by the company itself. Unfortunately I didn't receive even a single call from the company regarding the installation until now.(04/10/2022). Already 8 days are over after the delivery and I am continuing my waiting without any limit. The company is too irresponsible towards the customer. Each time I sent the mail, I get the response that the installation team will contact soon. Moreover the company is creating fake statements towards me via messages that I am not getting connected when they connected me. Being fed up I have requested to return the product and they are not interested in that also. How can an international company make their customer this much fool and test their patience.
