Product complain within one year 2nd complain
Same issue. This happened 2nd time. Same flickering of pictures. Technician came and said panel issue. 1st time they replaced with a new tv. Now technician has gone back saying will get panel and replace. Have been waiting for 3days now. No sign of panel yet. And it's a reoccurring issue. My warranty is getting over after this they will charge. I presume Realme solve these problems once and for all else I will be another customer to file a complaint in consumer court.

Irresponsible regarding TV Installation

I booked a Real me TV online via flip kart. The TV was delivered at my home on 27th of September 2022 and installation was decided on 29th September by the company itself. Unfortunately I didn't receive even a single call from the company regarding the installation until now.(04/10/2022). Already 8 days are over after the delivery and I am continuing my waiting without any limit. The company is too irresponsible towards the customer. Each time I sent the mail, I get the response that the installation team will contact soon. Moreover the company is creating fake statements towards me via messages that I am not getting connected when they connected me. Being fed up I have requested to return the product and they are not interested in that also. How can an international company make their customer this much fool and test their patience.

108cm Real Me TV Display issue - Don't buy real me products
I purchased realme tv 43inch fhd smart from flipkart on june 2020 and after 9 to 10 months display went faulty.
Then i claimed warranty after 2month of followup they replaced LED & then again 8 months after i faced issue same display problem vertical lines and color spread,
Then i after many complaint I got complete TV unit replacement from realme directly, but again i faced same display issue 3rd time and now they are not accepting claim of new unit which i got on[protected]

Screen flickering problem in realme TV

I have also encountered same type of problem in realme 43 inch full HD LED smart android TV after using it for one year and 9 months. i have purchased realme tv on 15/10/2020 and fortunately, a fault occurred on 15/07/2022 so my panel is within warranty. So i hope it will be replaced with the new one. My complaint number is C[protected]-01. But if any manufacturing or designing fault still persists in TV then there is no guarantee that this fault will not be repeated in the future. The TV service provided by realme is very pathetic. they should solve the root cause of the problem in all realme LED tv sold by them. Will update later...

I have raised 3 times installation request realme brand but my 2 installation request has been canceled stated that customer don't want installation service and i am still suffering for installation for this led tv

I purchased a Realme 43 inch smart TV on 27th Jan 2021 from Flipkart. The product was delivered on time by Flipkart. After use of 11 months, the TV display issue occurs with vertical lines on 26th Dec 2021. I raised the complaint for the service on 27th Dec with case ID mentioned in the attached image.
I got a call after 4-5 days from service center Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh. The person was demanding charges of 300/- Rs. for each visit and transport charge of the panel, even the product is in warranty. I refused to pay him and technician denied to visit without any charges. Then I escalate this issue to the realme and flipkart customer care, thereafter a technician visited to check the TV on 2nd Jan. Technician told that the panel will replace and it will come to the service center from company in a week. When I didn't get any call from service center even after a week, I called to the service center contact number and that was not picked. Thereafter, I called to the customer care they told me that the panel is already reached to the service center on 5th Jan.
I have tried to reach realme customer care many times, they are always saying to wait 2-3 days. Then I got a call from service center and person was telling me to come to service center with TV for repair and she was telling technician is not available to come home.
Since beginning it is about to one month I am waiting and calling only. Such a pathetic service of the service center. Still the problem is not resolved.
I am totally frustrated and kid is also not able to watch the TV because of them since last month.
You are requested to take some serious action against them and resolve my issue.

I had purchased realme smart tv (43 inch) from Flipkart in October 2020, It has display warranty of two years, I am having the display problem since October 2021.

Received defective piece, But replacement tv is not sent,
I sent the below mail amost 3 months back, i am keep on calling from last 7 months, but no use...

Sir/Madam,
I have been using realme 5 Pro mobile phone for the past two years and felt satisfied with the performance.
As a satisfied customer for the realme, I purchased a realme SLED 139 CM(55 INCH) ultra HD 4K LED Smart TV by ordering on 22nd Jan 2021 through flipkart (order ID: OD[protected] and the same was delivered and installed on 30th Jan 2021. At the time of installation, the company representative advised for insurance for additional three years by charging Rs.4000/- besides the TV Purchasing prices of Rs.37, 499/-. Accordingly we paid the insurance amount of Rs. 4000/- besides the TV price.
Now the said TV was mall-functioning (ie., sound is audible but video is not visible). The same was complained over phone and a technician from the company attended to fix the problem. He told that the motherboard failed.
In the course of time, we asked the cable operator to avoid the bill for the month as we are not using the TV. According to him, several TVs made of realme complained the same. Therefore, it is concluded that the TV sets are made with borne problems. If the TV was replaced with a new one, the new TV may also repeat the same problem.
Hence, it is requested to refund the amount of purchase price in lieu of insurance.

Realme TV panel issue, under warranty, No response from Realme CC even after many follow up

I brought Realme 43" TV 6 month back, suddenly there was crack on the TV then within a week it's become a full screen it self {see pic below}
The first thing I did is called Realme service center, as you always know you can reach them in one attempt after many tries I connected and explained them the issue then said within 3 days technician will call you and replace, I waited waited.. non on the call come from any technician, after the week I re called them with multiple attempt somehow I reached them and told the I did not get any call, then they raised it again, this time someone called me and he visited home to verify the TV panel issue, he opened TV and wrote down some number and fixed it back, he said another team will come and replace the TV within 3 -7 days {to be honest it was ok to watch on the tv with small crack before this guy opened it, but now it's completely gone his name is Sunil from Hassan}
After 10 days I called him I checked that where is the TV and your team, he said they will come but don't know when they come you need to wait { the worst part of this Realme is no issue status tracker for checking what they doing on our issue and where it's been reached and all} so it's one the worst experience I ever faced when it was under warranty so please help me to replace my TV or repair the panel of it, my purchase details as follow.

Complain about tv replacement
My realme 43 in tv get display issue so i apply for warranty claim on 18 oct they said technician come in 3 t 4 days but they visit so i call again realme service no they said again within 3 t 4 days you get tv replacement so i wait for 5 days after that i call again now they said wait for more 4 t 5 days today is 29 oct still i dont get any call from them

I filed a service request on sep 7th 2021. Still now I didn't get any proper service from company. When I called their customer care, they always say that I have to wait for some more time. Even in Twitter also, they are replying like that only.

There is some problem in panel it is in under warranty. I gave complaint to toll free no ompalint no SA[protected] and they send technician he said your tv or panel will be changed with in ten days.
I logged complaint on last month 28 and now 16oct but whenever i made call they have no answer always said sir complaint noted jaldy thik ho jayega.
Then i searched local service centre no and talk with then first time he said with in one or two day i will receive in next call before week he said company se lait hei today i made call and i shocked with his reply he said you can talk with there toll free no jab wo bhejega tab thik ho jyegy and he said ki realme ki complaint aisa hi jota hei when i asked from him why you said with in ten day thik ho jayega then he replied bs aise hi kuch ni pta kab hoga.
Very poor service and fad up from this Chinese brand they hv not cared about ypur time very unprofessional people..

Display poor service
I bought this waste product 10 months back and its stated showing horizontal lines in display. engineer visited after 10 days of complaint registration and now total 25 days over no update. Very poor and bad customer service. No one will answer your question and if somebody pick the call they r not going to give a good response. They will keep on telling to wait. Such a bad product and very poor customer service.

I purchased a realme tv 3 month back from a retail seller..now it's display is not working. Complaining since 1 month but no progress. This type of service is highly unsatisfying.. Stuck after purchasing ur product.i will never buy realme again.

Realme tv display issue and not getting service even its warranty period
After 6 buying realme Tv 43" display issue came.I called to realme Tv service center but I'm not getting any response yet.They only making fool. They are always promise wait for 7 days but after 7 days no response is there.I buy this tv on 31 Oct 2020 with Flipkart complete protection plan for getting benifit of 3. Years of warranty. In that plan agreement was if any fault happen then they resolve issues within 30 days.But it's going to 60 days and no body ready to listen my problem. They are making fools and giving me 7 days when I called. They ignoring my problem.

Horizontal stripes in tv display
Hi,
I purchased realme tv.
One day it suddenly started to show horizontal stripes on display.
I had raised the issue and the technitian visited. He said some panle needs replacement and went.
It has been more than a month now since he didn't come back.
I call the service center, they keep saying once the part is available, the technitian will visit again.
I belong to combined family and we have eleders at home who are too habitual of watching TV.
There was also a complain raised ref #CC[protected].
I was told that some one from senior management will call for better resolution but nobody called.
I am tired now taking follow up from them.
I don't know what to do next..

43 inch LCD television just 7 months old

From last 2 months i am facing problem of black patches on my Television display and for same logged conplaint . Engineer visited and made all videos and photos and assured me that it is a manufacturing defect and your television will be replaced now 2 months are over and i am still struggling for my television repair.

I have purchased Realme 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV on 23rd October 2020.
From 10th August 21 I started facing a problem is screen panel/Display of TV, screen is not coming properly, picture is not clear, lining is coming in the screen.
The invoice of purchase is also attached for your reference.
The TV IMEI/Serial number is 01CFTV[protected].
Invoice Number # FAB1QL[protected]
As per the invoice and product page in FLIPKART it is mentioned that the TV is covered in warranty for 1 year domestic and 2 year for panel. and the warranty service type is On-site, BY authorised technician visit.
The Technician visited on 11th august and submitted his recommendation for replacement of the panel.
Till date I have not received any response from REALME. Whenever I called or wrote to them they simply responded back that they are working on it. Now REALME has stopped taking calls and responding to mails.
I really need help to sort out this issue.
