The Bio of (Un)Reasonable Closet on Instagram reads " We deliver experience, one stop destination" . Well, they sure did deliver an experience all right- a highly unpleasant one.

They sent the wrong size. I asked for a replacement. No response. And when they did they coached me to be more patient and basically how to improve myself. They sent me frustrated voice messages for gods sake!

Such immature and unpolished owner. Save yourselves the time, money and energy- don't jump into their uncouth closet.

It was highly unpleasant and down right disgusting doing business with them.

Pathetic dealing etiquette, illiterate quality of words used in the communication. Such an egoistic, pathetic, ridiculous owner /dealer, having no shame, no etiquette at all, does not have any idea about the consumers behaviour. I normally asked for the discount and they replied - You can pay whrn you are able to pay . This pathetic and disgusting reply is not expected from an entrepreneur selling anything and yes i don’t prefer anyone to buy from this closet.

I ordered a kurtha from this people. It took almost 1month for their delivery. They send me a wrong kurtha, wrong pattern and wrong color. The way they reacted was disheartening. They insulted me like anything. They are doing nothing but online cheating. They told me to send the item back. I asked for their address, but they didn't send me. So finally i had to tell them that i don't want their refund, or the return bcoz for me self respect matters the most. The insult from them was that bad. When i reminded them about consumer protection act, they were like ok, go ahead, don't teach us, let's meet in the court. Since i can't waste my time anymore i stopped communicating with them. But i really feel sorry for people trusting this vendor called reasonable closet in instagram.

So true.. worst n terrible people reasonable closet owners .. they are CHEATERS FRAUDSTERS LIARS...n they reply in such mean way.. I had similar experience.. I ordered for a chikankari kurta n waited a whole month... I was sent a disgusting smelling kurti of wrong size n it was torn restitched so poorly ... when asked they were so arrogant... karma will hit dem...

They sent wrong size of the dress (sent size L instead of XL) and when this issue was raised, their reply was size L will fit even an XXL person and wouldn't accept their mistake.
The language used by them to reply was so immature, uncivilized and of such poor taste. They handle customers in such distastefulI manner, I truly wonder how they have any customers at all. Any person buying from them, pls be warned- be ready to deal with their arrogant and uncouth business etiquette. It is very clear that this businesses is run by a childish and highly mercurial "UNREASONABLE" person because the language of their reponse is a clear reflection of the owner and her business.
I will never buy from them ever again and warn everybody against doing business with them.

Even I had very bad experience with this fraud Instagram online site...this is really a fraud site.pathetic people.i ordered Kurtha and it took me 3 months to delivered that too a wrong sized one...we enquired about delayed delivery they lies to us...when I contacted them for wrong product delivery they blocked me from everywhere and not responding..very shameless people

My God !!! I can totally relate.. I swear these were the same exact kind of messages I’ve been getting from the admin of this page .. I ordered a dress 1.5 months back n I’m still waiting for the delivery..the admin is really very rude ! Her way of dealing with the customers is absolutely pathetic. I want this page to reach the maximum complaints so that she can just shut it off n go do something else which she’s good at .. !

I had the same issue. Ordered some pieces from their Instagram page. They delivered half my order and when I asked about the other set of orders, she asked me to wait. And after two weeks when I again asked for the status, she says “ Don’t you have a thing called patience”. I mean, for someone who has a full fledged business as their means of earning money, they understand the importance of customer satisfaction, here these egoistic women.. I don’t know who I think it’s some Ritika I think…they are just taking orders without even realising if they have it in stock or will they be able to deliver it well.

For heavens sake never buy anything from here. Their page looks attractive with unique pieces which makes you buy the stuff but don’t fall into their trap. The people handling this account have zero sense of talking, I mean, I have no words. They deliver one packet to trap you later stating that they have delivered everything in that packet. They are big time cheaters. I have lost my money, would not want you guys to lose your hard earned money here.

The biggest thieves on Instagram!! The worst page to shop from. They never deliver at all! And they do not have COD and they nicely sit and enjoy people’s hard earned money for their fraud intentions! Never never purchase from them. I personally shop a lot from Instagram stores and this has been a nightmare for me rest ANYTHING is fine but not this one!!! You will definitely fall prey to their ulterior motives!! BEWARE!!

I must have read these reviews before ordering from such fraudsters!!! When I asked them about the tracking details, one lady was behaving rudely, !! They took my 3k rs and behaving in such a manner..When I asked for refund she said there's no refund!!! Such a fraud lady!!

Such a fraud site.plz don't buy anything from this site. I paid 1499 rps for this ### that i can't even use on my floor for mopping.even my maid rejected this ###.
They even don't know how to deal with their unsatisfied CUSTOMERs.
So please guyz dont want and regret after that as i did.

I had the same experience. I ordered a dress worth 2k and received not even a single notification(email or message) about the shipping or any order details. When I reached out to them after 10-12 days, the lady started shouting on me. Such audacity and behaviour. Its not a favour she is doing to me, I've paid for it. I told I'll take legal action, she replied to go ahead and do whatever I want. wasted my money for nothing. my dress has not been delivered yet. There's no question of return/refund or replacement.
