Rebus — Not Refund the amount by Redbus when journey was not completed

Dear Team,

I am Narendra Gupta and we had booked the ticket form Redbus from Gorakhpur to Delhi dated 14.05.26 but unfortunately bus was delayed approx 2 hrs. At that time, i have complaint in redbus for refund the amount due to bus is delay and i have to reached in delhi early morning. Redbus had accepted my complaint and said that for refund.

Now redbus is not taking the call and no message about the refund. Only message that ticket have been resolved. but no any information about refund amount.

I am sharing the ticket no. 32700499 & 3270174 dated 14.05.26. This complint had been raised before bus departure.
