Dear Team,

I am Narendra Gupta and we had booked the ticket form Redbus from Gorakhpur to Delhi dated 14.05.26 but unfortunately bus was delayed approx 2 hrs. At that time, i have complaint in redbus for refund the amount due to bus is delay and i have to reached in delhi early morning. Redbus had accepted my complaint and said that for refund.

Now redbus is not taking the call and no message about the refund....

I booked a bus ticket on RedBus without logging in. The payment was successfully processed, but the booking was not completed. I received a message stating that the amount would be refunded within 1 hour. However, it has been over 2 weeks, and no refund has been processed. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times via email and phone, but have not received any response or resolution. I request that the refund be processed immediately...
