I booked a bus ticket on RedBus without logging in. The payment was successfully processed, but the booking was not completed. I received a message stating that the amount would be refunded within 1 hour. However, it has been over 2 weeks, and no refund has been processed. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times via email and phone, but have not received any response or resolution.
