Recharge It Now.com — Failure to recharge despite my transferring Rs 1097/- to their account. | |||||
On[protected] morning I sat at my computer to recharge my two MTS Data cards, as it was the last day for recharge. I paid Rs 399/- & Rs 299/- for the 2 cards, but my computer showed "error" after the monetary transaction was done. I spoke to their customer-care people, who assured me that the recharge would go through within 30 minutes. If not, then they asked me to take one more chance through 'Recharge It Now'. I complied with their instructions and spent Rs 399/- more for one card again. But the same "error" showed up after my money was debited from my account. Thus, I have lost a total of Rs (399+299+399) = Rs 1097/-. I spoke to their customer-service again, who promised that the amount will be refunded to my bank account within 7 working days. Iam presently waiting for the refund. Meanwhile, I got the recharge done through a dealer in the vicinity. I desire a refund of the entire amount Was this information helpful? | |||||
