Rechargecube.in — Jio recharge. Balance did not reflect the recharged amount

I recharged my Jio number [protected] for Rs. 401 (90 GB 3GB/day). The amount got debited from my bank account. But, my phone did not get recharged with the new balance. Can you please help resolve this issue.
