Rechargecube — Rechargecube recharge amount not credited to my jio mobile number [[protected]]

I have recharged my jio mobile no [[protected]] with rs. 2399.00 through rechargecube.in. ON DATE 01/10/2020.
The above amount deducted from my HDFC bank account via netbanking on 01/10/2020, but till now the recharge not done.
There is no contact no available in the website and the customer care is also not responding on my query.
Please help in to refund the amount.
