Recharges.in — Piggy Bank cash dead

I tried making recharge payment to 3 different mobile nos / DTH through my Piggy Bank account on 10.Jul.2014 but all transactions are showing as "Failed". I had sent you a mail on the same day and you replied with "Your Request Ticket ID ::TIC1099 Has been :- Opened" and also stated that the issue will be resolved within 72 Hours but no action has been taking till date.MY Piggy Bank cash show as it is Rs. 2300.00. I tried making payment today 16.Jul.2014 as well and still the transaction is not successful. I am also try today (11.06.2015) to recharge to mobile Rs. 200.00 and the results as same but Piggy Bank balance shows Rs. 2100.00 My E-Mail ID: [protected]@sagarshipping.net
