Recruitshr — Unrefunded amount collected for job placement services

I am Niranchanaa living in Chennai and i got a call on 20/12/21, from Recruitshr team Mr. Iqbal [protected], relating to job vacancies in Wipro and Cognizant in Accounts department.
They asked me to pay Rs 1850 for creating 'Registartion ID' to avail services for 7 years and pay via Google pay, and the was told that amount would be refundable and allotted me a code -"0938" and i got a confirmation mail from [protected]@recruitshr.com

On same day i was asked to pay Rs 6, 499 for 'Appointment Id'.
On 21/12/21 I got call saying the given code from Miss Ishita [protected] to pay Rs 8, 499 as 'Job confirmation id' said as refundable.

On 22/12/21 I got a call from Ms Kanika [protected] for Rs 13, 499 as 'HR confirmation Id', without which i was told, i cannot attend the interview. I paid the said amount.
I had a telephonic interview with Wipro HR MR. Mahndra singh [protected].

On 23/12/21, I was told i was confirmed for 2nd round of interview and had to pay Rs 18, 500 for 'Employee Id' which would also be refunded.
If i dont pay and complete the process, i was informed that i would not get my amount refunded back.
So on such terms i proceeded for cancellation of the interview seeking refund of the amount paid.
They told me it would take 45 - 60 days to get the amount refunded.
And they never confirmed the refund mail, because i was told on call that their policy is to confirm refund only before the week they actually refund.

After follow up of 2 months again i got a call form Mr Gaurav [protected] on 28/2/22, for proceeding to next round of technical interview(video).
But the next day i was told that i was selected without even a interview, but to generate 'offer letter' i will have to pay Rs 20, 000.
So again i initiated cancellation of offer without paying this amount and i was told on call that their policy is to deduct 10% as penal charges extra for rejecting the offer, which i was though not informed before at all.
(Total amount paid Rs 48, 847,
10% penal charges =Rs 4, 884)
Though not informed earlier i agreed to such charges and paid it, and initiated for refund and was told would get the full amount refunded within 2-3 days.
On 11/3/22 On call they said they initiated refund but would not send any mail confirmation for it because they only deal in voice mode of communication it seems.
For cancellation i was asked to pay
Rs 10232, as GST which would be refundable with above paid amount, and if not paid i was told that they would not initiate refund.
I was told on call that their company policy is to not adjust GST, but to get it in addition and refund it again it seems.
Even after paying all these amounts (Rs 63, 963) again i got a call on
13/3/22 that for cancellation i have to create an cancellation id Rs 20, 000, without which they won't initiate refund.
So i rejected paying the amount and proceeded for a complaint against the company.

Kindly please do help me get my amount refunded.
