Red Chief — product damaged downside the sole and could not replaced

I have purchased one pair shoe from udaipur retail store in 2017. Recently i found the both shoes has been broken from the down side of sole.
In this regard i have contacted the retail store owner and he denied to change the shoe.
I have bill copy of the shoe of rs 2350
I am aregular user of red chief shoes last 7 years and as a trusted brand i cant imagine that such a serious mistake can happen in the shoe also i make u aware that i am banker and not use the shoes roughly
i am attaching bill copy and shoe image that u can easily found product mistake which the company denied to replace
request please consider this as an complain
