Red Chief Shoes Sole Damaged
Hi,
I want to tell you that I purchased Red Chief leather shoes on 11-Nov-2011 . Its price 2300 and its Brown in color Size 8 BR high ART NO. 2501 . I have a problem that the sole of these shoes is cracked from backside. It just 4 months to purchased and problem occurs and i submit shoes to the Thapar Shoe Co. S.C.F No.17 , Sec 19C on[protected] for sole replacement as they are under warranty that...

I have purchased a shoes from red chief mughalsarai store on 12/12/2023, but after 3 months there are stretches in the shoes .I have submitted the shoes in the store for replacements or repairing but after one month it is told that no any policy is applicable on that item.

MRP.3050 black color on 06.11.2022 but some crack marks were reflecting on shoes after one month and I thought may be it's normal marks but gradually they are going to big take place of cracked marks even I was wearing this shoe with 3 shoes not wearing this shoes on regular basis. Completely disappointed with this product really nobody should go to Red Chief. Visited to same store they denied to resolve it . Just I want to ask that you are charging this amount 3050 for only for 4 to 5 month stability of shoes. Nobody should go to Red Chief

The heel of the shoe is torn, and it has been 90 to 95 days since I bought it.

I had purchased a pair of Red Chief men's footwear for INR 3150 on 9th July and was delivered by 11 July. The Red Chief product was brought from online shopping website Ajio. After delivery on 11 July, I did not wear the shoes till the next 20 days since I waited for a function in my office where in intended to wear them. I finally wore the shoes on 1 August and after taking a few steps, the sole of the shoes started coming off. I was shocked and contacted Ajio customer care who denied to my replacement request stating their refund policy is 15 days which has passed, I agreed to it. I then contacted Red Chief customer care hoping to get a replacement of my shoes, but to my surprise, the replacement was straight away denied and they offered me to repair the sole of the shoes to which I compromised and agreed. To increase my frustration level further, they are asking me to courier the shoes to their address and are not ready to arrange for a pick up from their end. I am really helpless now since I already have spend 3150/- rupees and sending them a courier would cost me another 500 to 600 rupees totaling the amount to 3660 rupees, an amount which is not worth paying for the quality of the shoes.

I am attaching the pictures of the sole of the shoes just after first wear.

Hence I request you to please look into the matter at the earliest and somehow instruct Red Chief staff to send me a replacement of the damaged shoe pair else arrange for a pick up of the product.

My shoe is getting shovwlwd from the back side

I have ordered from Redchief online, Order id 1108105. The amount is deducted, but I did not got any confirmation of this order on mobile or email. Also, I am not able to track this order.

I have have even raised the complaint on customer care, but did not get any response. This attitude of such a big brand is unacceptable.

Avoid this company like a plague. They have terrible customer service which won’t respond and definitely won’t resolve anything, and will take your money, damage your product, and then blame it on you. Dragged me for weeks and didn’t issue me a refund after damaging my jeans, keeping them, and also keeping the money I paid. Told me to go back to the store where the store owner of Zirakpur store is rude & will yell at you and not give you the refund.

I bought a RC0593BLACK from behraich showroom in 3 months its sole damaged

I ordered 3 items of rs1089 on 30 march 2021 by redchief online . They promised to delivery of products by 4 april2021. But till now I don't get a single message from red chief regarding this order. When I called customer care they didn't provide any solution. So I am complaining against red chief plz provide my solution

आपकी कंपनी का (Red Chief) No. 40 का शूज 2019 में ऑनलाईन Purchse किया है। कोविड-19 में तीन माह शूज शूजरॅक में रखे थे । जब उन्हे बाहर निकाला तो उसमें से दाये (Left) साईड का रबर सोल (शूज का निचला हिस्सा) (Shoes Sole Damaged) काफी खराब हुवा दिखाई दिया । (उसका फोटो साथ भेज रहा हूँ)
आपकी कंपनी बहोत बडी है । मै इस कंपनी का बहोत फॅन हू । मै यह शूज purchase करणे के बाद मेरे बहोत दोस्तों को बताया । उन्होने भी Purchase किया । उन सभी दोस्तोंका अभी तक अच्छा है । लेकिन मेराही शूज ऐंसा निकला है।
आपसे गुजारीश करता हू । मेरा यह एक शूज Repair / अच्छा / Change करणे के लिए मुझे क्या करणा चाहिए? Please help me.

Red chief shoes very poor quality

Sir i had purcased the above detailed items by paŕty order number OR-1082164 ie shoes and a t shirt no doubt i received the items but...firstlly shoes i use to wear 43 size of lee cooper or of woodland, so i decided to go with 09 of redchief, very tight.secodlly the t shirt they delivered is second grade because it is demage and repaired.The toll free no and watsup number no response, after trying alote only once i was to here the sound again the hight i wanted to talk the seniour chap, the operator told she has no transfer facility.
At last i think this type of co. Only will demotivate the local or made in india

I placed an order[protected] on 31 july. Done payment with mobikwik wallet, as payment got successful but on company site it showing error. Its not confirmed and i don't get the money back. I tried to mail and call them, but no any response from them

The color is poor and the screen is damaged.

I purchased red chief shoes from leayan global pvt ltd (Retail div), 106, first floor, dak bangla chowk, patna-800001 (Bihar) my shoes purchased dt.11/01/2019 sale bill no. Sc-3165,, article no rc-3440. After nine months my shoes sole cracked, then i complain to the retailer, but at last they on 21/12/2019 taken my shoes for repair and give me customer repair settlement slip no. 024, but on 17/01/2020 they returned my shoes and told me that company not accept the shoes for repair.

So i have requested to exchange this shoes and rwplace another shoesh which i mention in my order. After 5 days Pick up boy came and took my shoes on 24th april -2019. I have purchased a shoe from your red chief exclusive store on december and they said that the shoe is having 3 months warranty but one my first ear the shoe looks like uncomfortable to wear, i raised a complaint on your store and they said to submit your shoe and i also show them my feets that are being cut from your rough leather, but after 20 days they gave me same shoe and said they cannot do anything. Is that the jutice that i get from your side, i did not spend money for a waste, if anything cannot be handle from your side then i will raise a complaint on consumer forum and please stop your fraud values, i am your genuine buyer but for this time i will not buy anything from your name after such a bad services. :- (

मेरे द्वारा आपके ऑनलाइन स्टोर से एक शूज RC3474 लिया गया था। जिसका साइज़ 10 था। जिसे मैंने बदलने के लिए request की थी। एवं जैसे मुझसे कहा गया था आपके कानपुर के पते पर कूरियर kar दिया था 14.04.2019 जो आपके कानपुर के पते पर 16.01.2019 को प्राप्त हो गया। लेकिन उसके बाद से अभी तक मुझे शूज वापस प्राप्त नहीं हुए है। रोज एक नया नंबर बात करने के लिए दे दिया जाता है उस पर जवाब मिलता है कि शाम को अपडेट कर देंगे, आज डिस्पैच कर देंगे या कल कर देंगे। लेकिन कोई proper response नहीं मिल रहा है। ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग में सबसे खराब अनुभव है मेरा अब तक का।

And it give pain whenever i wear it. I am shock how can it possible redchief is most trustable brand i think and i never use it roughly. But after this issue i cant trust on your brand. I purchased red chief shoes on[protected] from leayan global private limited (Retail div.) shop no 213, crown plaza mall, circular road bhiwani -127021, haryana. But in seven months the shoes got torn from sole. I went to red chief’s showroom on[protected] and complained. But at the showroom, 300 rupees were taken for repairing shoes, while the shoes were not bought for a year. How can they charge money in guarantee time? I had complete faith in red chief shoes but now i will not buy the same in future. Receipt of charged money is attached.

I have purchased one pair shoe from udaipur retail store in 2017. Recently i found the both shoes has been broken from the down side of sole.
In this regard i have contacted the retail store owner and he denied to change the shoe.

I am aregular user of red chief shoes last 7 years and ​as a trusted brand i cant imagine that such a serious mistake can happen in the shoe also i make u aware that i am banker and not use the shoes roughly

Item name - f13011/rc 2092 rust7. Purchase date-9/11/16. These shoes were teared under warranty period. So i called customer care on no.[protected] and registered our complaint with complaint no.[protected] on-14/4/17 they (Customer care) gave me a address-"leayan global pvt. Ltd d-72, 73 udyog kunj site no.5 panki, kanpur (U. P.) to send my defected shoes and get replaced. I have sended them for replacement on-15/5/17 through"dtdc express limited cn no. Z24190454"courier services, on the above mentioned address, from where the item (Shoes) haven't came after replacement so i want my replaced shoes back as soon as possible. Thanking you

DEAR, I am continously using Red chief shoe for last 4 years but this time its really shocked me and give me a question marks on the quality of the product.
First time i came to know difference between franchies and company outlets how u can fool the customer to make ur profit we customer not know whih is ur outlet and which is your Franchise.Company made profit in both way but the customer feel the pain.

I bought my shoes on 5/07/2016 bill attached and there is defect in Shoe's Leather and my shoe get torn which can't be repaired.If i am paying premium price for premimum quality than how it can be so and when i go to your so called franchise shop they simply denied and told me that only 3 months warranty is there OWNER-Mr Shyam.While my discussion with your's customer care they confirmed 1 years warranty.

Kindly respond the mail and do the needful so that in Fiture i continue to use your Brands.
