Redbus And Royal Travels — Bus broke down midway but no alternative arranged by bus staff

I have booked a ticket from Pathalgaon to Raipur through redbus app on 17/10/2022. The bus company was royal travels. The bus start timing was 9:25pm but bus come half an hour late. After that bus started journey from pathalgaon to Raipur. I was sleeping in bus and around 4 am I woke up and found that bus is standing somewhere near raigarh. When I enquired with driver he told that bus is broke down and they have arranged alternative for other passangers. as I was sleeping I had no idea about bus broke down also bus staff didn't informed me. When I asked the bus staff to arrange any alternative for me to reach Raipur but they denied . Anyhow I have managed to reach Raigarh Railway station and got train to reach Raipur. I had the very terrible journey that day just because the inefficiency of Royal travels staff.
