I have booked a ticket from Pathalgaon to Raipur through redbus app on 17/10/2022. The bus company was royal travels. The bus start timing was 9:25pm but bus come half an hour late. After that bus started journey from pathalgaon to Raipur. I was sleeping in bus and around 4 am I woke up and found that bus is standing somewhere near raigarh. I will booked ticket via Redbus for travel from Jamshedpur to ranchi .when I go to bus stand as scheduled bus timming. Bus is not available at bus stand I contact bus agent mobile no. But it will not respond phone call and bus will not reach at bus stand. At morning I call again bus agent for refund fare of bus. He will argue and said I will not refund fare of bus .Sir this is summary of ticket.
