I cancelled train ticket booked from redbus/redrail with pnr [protected]
Made full payment by UPI and upon cancellation I was supposed to get refund in 24hrs but redbus not giving refund giving excuse that refund failed due to technical problem, raised complaint but no response just fooling me around since last 10 days, seems like they are fraud and cheater fake company who cheats customers and do t give refund.
