Redcarpet — App not opening

Hi my name is bhavana, i had taken loan from redcarpet last year this was last month to pay the emi but application is not working, i sent a mail to redcarpet but they tld me to make payment through web but tat too says contact customer support, after sending 10 to 15 e-mail also they aren't responding or calling back
