I am Bhavana i have an account in red carpet

I'm unable to login to redcarpet app and pay my due it says contact customer support, my prev mail id is not working

Please help me in payment and logging in if application
Even with the provided link I am not able to make payments and please make them remove late payment charges I am not ready to pay it's you there mistake.

    Please help me in payment and logging in if application
    Even with the provided link we are not able to make payments please check my humble request

    And consumer forum please take action and ban this application they are playing with users money and time it is affecting my cibil & credit score

    And they are adding late payment charges i m not ready to pay it's redcarpet people problem and there provided link is also not working.

      App not opening

      Hi my name is bhavana, i had taken loan from redcarpet last year this was last month to pay the emi but application is not working, i sent a mail to redcarpet but they tld me to make payment through web but tat too says contact customer support, after sending 10 to 15 e-mail also they aren't responding or calling back...

      Unable to open the application to pay the due

      Hi my name is bhavana, i had taken loan from redcarpet this month was last month to pay due but app is not opening, says contact customer support, but they e-mailed me to login to web and pay that to was not a solution, and not calling back also and no response from constomer support...

      Hi team redcarpet i have cleared all the dues but still reflecting in the app and effecting my CIBIL score so please do slove this issue as soon honestly u guys are pathetic no use for CUSTOMER service until I cleared my dues u guys kept on calling me and my parents, friend s without permission after i paid still it is reflecting in CIBIL report try to slove this ### as soon as possible

          Mai redcarpet company ka credit card 2 sal se use kr rha hu.
          mera card gum ho gya h lagbhag 2 mahine hone wale hai.
          mai unke App se card ko block kr diya hu mai new card ke liye 1 mahine se request mail kr rha hu pr unke yha se koe proper response nhi mil rha h
          mai unko request bhi kr diya hu ki mera card puri tarah se balock kr de agar ap card nhi de skate h to.

          mera card ka credit score kam hota ja rha h jiske karna mujhe kisi bhi bank se koe credit card nhi mil skta

            I have used the redcarpet card for payment of 293 on amazon, then upon refund the amount is not reflected in the account even after 1 week. And moreover they adding the intrest of 120 for that amount. Please help me in this issue.

                I am a arshan khan i am customer of a redcarpet card app my mobile no is [protected] they are fooling needy people, 2 days ago i checked my credit score i saw there is a loan of 60000 rupees n balance of 450 rupees from dmi finance i emailed them they replied that this is behalf of our sponsor redcarpet app, but they didnt provide me a single rupee. I request you to please do something as its effect my credit score.

                  Hello sir i have taken 3700 loan from redcarpet on 13 nov 2019 the amount was credited in the redcarpet app. While adding the 3700 to my mobikwik wallet the transaction has been failed and the amount has been deducted. And redcarpet generated the bill and they are harrasing me to repay the loan as i have informed them that the transaction have failed and i have not used a single rupee from them.                   I tried to transfer some money to other bank account through neft and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter grid values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "your grid card authentication has been disabled, call our 24 hour customer care centre and ask to enable grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. Then i tried calling 24hour customer care center which is totally useless in this regard as no real person picks but a stupid automated system. It's been a week and i am not able to make online purchases/transactions. If my problem is not solved soon then i will be forced to close my icici[protected] a/c no and post a gloomy review on how lame icici online services can be.
                  I took a loan from redcarpet and I have paid it after a month, but they are asking me to pay it again. I've talked to the customer care and they said that's a technical problem from their side but still they are not removing the due and they are not even giving reply to my mails and I'm not able to talk to customer support.
