Redington India — Faulty Google Pixel buds Pro: Case ID [[protected]]

Dear Team
I had purchased Google pixel buds pro from Flipkart and after 3 days of receipt the left earbud stopped working. Case ID [[protected]] for reference.
After contacting the Google support team, they tried troubleshooting which was of no use and they acknowledged the issue. They said that the earbuds will be replaced in warranty and the Redington team will contact me for replacement the product. But nobody from the Redington team has contacted me yet. The Google support team is saying that the complain is pending for resolution at Redington team and i have to wait until they contact me. Its been a week since the complaint acknowledgement but still there is no revert received from Redington team for replacement. Pls contact me and process the replacement ASAP. I am attaching the communication with the google team for reference.
