It's unexpectedy bad service from mi india. And even i brought the mi protect plan then i got this kind of service. They have taken more than 32days for my cell phone at "infotel services". I have visited 8 times and each and every time they said they have odered the parts what is needed for my handset but it was not in stock, so please send them the parts or replace my handset as because i have a mi protect plan for my handset. I m used redmi mi 4 . The service redmi mi4 is disaster phone is always HEAT that temperature 43*C i face many problem in my phone. The phone is hang problem many time in a day.The charger is not working .I am very disturb because my phone is not working properly.
