Hi, i am using note 4 from more than a year. It really not work properly. I am asking again did you test your phone before launching. I mean unit testing?
Major issue with software. My phone automatically go to any app. Some time finger button is not working, ear phone slot stop working, phone not responsing, drop-down not works, etc

Above issue are the major which i face daily while using phone.

In my note 4 the updates are available 10.2.3 but its not downloading and showing some other negative values. I restart my device but problem still persists. Please provide solution as soon as possible.
