I am complaining about bad quality camera. The phone camera specification is 17 mb, but while snapping photo, we looks like a ghost, full black shaded, bullar, unclear image. When i complain about the same in amazon within 10 days of replacement offer, theytold it is impossible to replace. They are cheatingcustomers with invalid offers. Regarding the network coverage, it is very poor intermittent coverage...

Hi, i am using note 4 from more than a year. It really not work properly. I am asking again did you test your phone before launching. I mean unit testing?
Major issue with software. My phone automatically go to any app. Some time finger button is not working, ear phone slot stop working, phone not responsing, drop-down not works, etc

Above issue are the major which i face daily while using phone.

I want to inform you that mi note 4 is not giving much response in terms of battery. I am not getting how the battery is going down by every minute by 1%. I charged my mobile phone it was abour 100%, latter when i saw the after 5 min battery was about 80% without using it. Please do reply about this what is the issue and what to do about it.

We had been to mi centre in mulund for checking our mi redmi note 4, network issue.
The enggineer checked and told us that there has been water seepage, though nothing of that sort happen.
I gave us a estimate of 8561 as mother board replacement charges.
We had checked up with local vendor before going to mi ccentre.

I bought redmi note 4 via flipkart on 6th september 2017. Attached the first invoice copy for your reference. I started using the phone but to my surprise, i found certain unique problems in the brand new phone. (Attached the second invoice also)

My redmi 4 is not switching on even after full charge.
When i reached ashok nagar chennai branch they said mother board failure and water went through earphone and cost 5000 plus. The water has not went in as per my knowledge.

Also the same reason is said to everyone over there who came for same mobile complaint on the same day itself.

It is only a genuune advice to change the delivery service from e cart logistics to any other relevant delivery service... The delivery service is not delivering properly... For hamirpur distt.
