Redstone Tiles — Issue in sales and services

I have been cheated by sales executive ( Linkan Nath) at Bhubaneswar, Odisha branch. The order have been placed for approx 12000sft tiles and advance was paid against the product. When I asked to deliver the product many products are not available . We purchased Redstone tiles from the dealer in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. We were advised to buy the entire requirement at the same time to ensure uniformity of shade from the same batch. after laying the first three/four boxes of tiles, we found them to be bent in the centre. Please Recently I bought Premium quality vitrified tiles from the dealer of Redstonetiles at Korba. After laying the tiles i found that the the tiles are not flat and they are concave at the centre. The representative of the company came and he said that he can not do any thing after laying the tiles, even though he agreed that the tiles are defective.
