Please Recently I bought Premium quality vitrified tiles from the dealer of Redstonetiles at Korba. After laying the tiles i found that the the tiles are not flat and they are concave at the centre. The representative of the company came and he said that he can not do any thing after laying the tiles, even though he agreed that the tiles are defective.
