I had ordered a pair of shoes from the official RedTape website. I received the product after 7 days, but I did not like it, so I raised a return request on 27th November 2025. The return pickup was completed by the delivery agent on 29th November 2025.
However, till today, I have not received any refund.
I have tried contacting RedTape customer support, but the phone number shown on the website is not working / showing as non-existent. I also sent emails to their customer support, but I have not received any response.
This is causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience even after returning the product properly and on time. I have all proof including order ID, return pickup details, email screenshots, and pickup confirmation.
I request immediate action and processing of my refund.
