This is to bring to your notice that shipment RDTP[protected], scheduled for delivery on 18 November 2025, has not been delivered yet. The tracking status has not been updated after 14 November, and the parcel is currently untraceable.

Kindly provide a clear and satisfactory explanation for the delay/non-delivery at the earliest.

Worst quality of clothes/sweatshirts sold by red tape and not accepting return
I have purchased 3 sweatshirts on 26-Nov-24 from Redtape showroom located at Kharar, Punjab location by Bill no 2425/R[protected].
Below issues were observed on first day o[censored]se and even before first wash:
-(RWS0048) one of product popped up a hole on left arm like some joint opened its own..
-(RWS0236) one has observed lint

This is regard the above said order delivered on 29 nov 2024 and right after i receiver the product i was unable to mark the return so put email [protected]@redtapeindia.com and [protected]@redtapeindia.com .email sent on 29 nov 2024, and on 8 december 2024, i am receiving an email that kindly confirm the refund or exchange.
i simple email them kindly refund my money in my source account and i mention my contact number...

I have purchased 2 pair of shoes on dated 6th may 2023, within 4 to 5 days i have started facing issue in both pair of shoes.

Now i have visited to the store to raise my issue and they directly denied to me that not able to change…

Respected team i was spouse to bought clothes for my mother as i need to give gift to her for her happiness but when i bought a pair of clothes and i paid the bill i request for carry bag the staff was deny to give me the carry bag alos they are try to give me a roughly plastic bag which was is to dirty after i request to them for new carry bag his behaviour was to bad he try to give abuse and shout on me. I immediatly cancel my order. But he hurt me and abuse me i want a justice . Please help me to come out this .

I purchased the pair of shoes from redtape (BRAND) on 5th of January 2023 but after three months of date of purchase i.e. march 2023, the shoes are getting torn from toe side. I complaint in the redtape showroom but they are rejecting my complaint and said that those are not repairable and not exchangeable....

I done some shopping on REDTAPE showroom namely "MIRZA INTERNATIONAL LTD, SHOP NO. 20, 21, 22, 23 GROUND FLOOR, SHIV HANS MULTIPLEX, MODEL TOWN, FATEHABAD, HARYANA", alongwith my Friend Tarsem Kumar, on dated 29.11.2022. We purchased many items and one of them was a pair of shoes was purchased by me and mentioned at serial no. 5, costing Rs.1619.7. The shoes got defective in the very first week of its use. Threads starts coming out of the shoes. We complained about it to the showroom and after few days they replied that as per Company, its not manufacturing defect and will not be replaced or refunded. This is Sheer harassment of consumer. The shoes got defective just within first week o[censored]se. A big shame for such big brand name REDTAPE. Please arrange to replace the shoes at the earliest.

Recently purchased sport shoes for my daughter and in span of 8 - 10 month it got teared and unable to use. As based on my personal experience where i am using my office formal shoes from Redtape only and i am happy about same.
Based on this experience I have purchased this shoe and we are totally unhappy about product quality.

I bought a pair of formal shoes black in colour a weeks back. This is my first purchase from RedTape after considering the brand and it's wide publicity. I was so excited to wear such a branded shoes. But unfortunately I'm in a serious fix and pain.
After using for a week's time my bothe feet started severe pain towards inner side of feet. The parts below fingers and the toe the bone is paining very much and pain increased towards whole legs from bottom till knee joints
What i feel that the design of shoes are of a type that pushing the feet towards inner sides of feet and the part at inner side pushing the feet outwards. This resulting in severe pain at the parts plz refer attached pics. Initially pain started after wearing for couple of days but i thought that it will go off and the feet will adjust to the shoes design but now the pain is getting unbearable.
I'll use it for couple of more days and if pain doesn't go off or increased ihave to stop using the shoes

I've bought this pair from Udaipur shaktinagar outlet.

Kindly look into and do the needful to get me painless.

I purchased shoes 4 days ago and today I went to store to return that because I wanted small size but they claimed that the shoe is used
"Which i didn't used", they gave me used shoes and now they are not ready to exchange that

Pasting issues and already file the complaint one month before

I bought a pair of slippers from an authorised store of redtape in neemrana. There is a manufacturing defect in one of the slippers. I complained about it to the store and the company as well. But no satisfactory response is given .

I bought shies from redtape from their district centre branch in janakpuri and its hardly been a month i bought them they have a light pink colour i washed them and they are leaving some yellow colour behind which is clearly visible and i really hadn't expected this from this company.

I bought a pair of shoes on 10, may, 2022, from Shop no. 3& 4, Ground Floor, Near new anaj mandi, Hailey Mandi, Gurugram -122503, & it's my one of the worst experience with REDTAPE shoes that within 15 days, sole of the shoes has been Removed/deattached from on side, i have given back shoes to the red tape, & they are saying that the company will not replace them, they can only repair and they said it take 4-5 days.
I dont know what is the matter, why they not replacing, the shoes is only 15 days old and if in such a small time this has occured then how can the shoes will remain fine after repairing.
They are also saying that they will not repair it again if the same problem occurs again.
(The customer care number that is given on the REDTAPE official website is not working, sometimes it's not reachable and sometimes it's not correct number.)

Kindly look into this matter and replaced my product.

I had ordered shoes from the but they are out for delivery from last 4 days and daily delivery attempted reason was given so i had ordered shoes from somewhere else Now i need to cancel it but i am unable to do it

I purchased shoes from myntra which was good looikng.So i thought i should go with that within the one month, the cushion of side around of shoes got damaged from 2 to 3 places.This is my second experience.I know they won't recognise it so i am not going to complaint because this is my fault that i purchased.But today i saw this site, so i thought i should aware people about this company, literally 3rd class product, i would never purchase specially footwear department.

I purchased 2 Tshirts from redtape and these got shrink after on wash. Now I can't wear them.

Bought shoes from redtape siliguri outlet but it tore in 15 days . Gave it to repair they said they will return in 7 days but it's been 2 months not returned till now . Whenever I go they say it not done till now
Very bad service now going to file a case in consumer court .
Please don't buy redtape products.

I had purchased retape belt last 3months and i was been ensured that i will be getting a warranty and free service is any damage happends to my product but i such a pathetic service is being given by redtape thry neither replaced it nor repaired it .

I had ordered a pair of Redtape slippers in November from Myntra, one upper strap is cut within 4 months...I rarely used the slipper as I have other pair too..very poor quality

I just wanted to share my another bad experience with the Red tape of shoes i bought from Red tape, i bought the shoes of Bond Street (Red tape) dated on 31st of December 2021 and today is 26th Feb 2022 it's hardly a two months older shoe and the upper part of the shoe is started getting cracks on it. My only request to Red tape is that please start delivering good quality products because when a customer comes to you he or she comes with some expectations of quality products.

I bought a pair of shoes, on 15-feb-2022, but when i started using them i found that its sole is not levelled from behind, resulting in difficulty in walking.

When i visited the store, the manager simply said that we can't do anything as the shoe is designed that way only.

Also he told me that i should try customer support, and provided me a number, but that number never picks up, it rings every time but nobody answers that,

Also i tried to contact support number provided in redtape website, it always says that our customer support executive will pick the call, but after one minute of waiting it disconnects.

I would like the company to replace this pair with a one that has levelled sole.

i have attached a photo of the shoes back, as it is visible that outer side of the sole is not on the same level as inner side, which makes it difficult to walk.

I purchased redtape ( bond Street ) shoes by official website of redtape and I went to nearest store of redtape they told me to visit redtape online outlet in Mirza international, Noida sector 90 . They told me that we will only paste the shoes . But my shoes condition is so bad. I wasted my rs. 500 for going to Mirza international and they are just repairing not exchanging the shoes....

Bought the shoes on 17 November 2021. The shoes which are in the warranty period of 3 months are now damaged I want a claim for the warranty period of my shoes

I am your routine customer and submit that sales team posted at your store at Ferozepur are showing very casual behaviour and didn't show interest to explain the articles to customer, we are not expecting such kind of poor customer service from brand like Red Tape. Moreover store is charging Rs. 10 for carry bag.
You are requested to take up the matter on priority and take immediate action on poor customer service of the store.
