Washing machine i purchased from refromatic through OLX but this guys delivered me a faulty washing machine which was having heavy water leaking at bottom and I called a person named zubair and he sent me an technniaian and he was also unable to fix the issue and assured me that they will exchange the washing machine but till today it's not exchanged and they r not even responding to a calls nor text nor whatsapp messages so never buy from this people's even today i tried calling them but no response yet all.
This complaint is to aware never buy any products from them. Am even attaching the bill copy but from when I purchased it has same issue so till now they have not resolved the issue.
Action required ASAP.
