Refund From Amazon — it has been 2 weeks since my refund is not come. amazon has said they have initiated the process, but it hasn't been completed.

I had purchased product on 8th december 2019. The product was realmi earbuds.
It was pon discount soo thought lets purchase. But it had said the delivery will be done in 28 days. I was like okay should do.
But even when 28 days passed and i didnt receive my prodjuct soo refund was initiated.
Now it has been 2 weeks around 14 days that my refund hasnt come. I had requwsted for refund on 27th december. When i call customer service they say we cant help you.

I think it was a fraud seller on amazon and i want my money back. Please help.
