Dear sir / madam.. I had requested for tata sky.. But later i changed my mind and asked for refund.. Past 15 day's m trying to contact ur executive.. He is least botherd and not even receiving call nor replying to my msgs so i request u kindly initiate a refund of rs 2100 and cash back of rs 550.. Which was promised by ur executive.. I booked a air ticket on 20/june/2019 but reservation has been filed and money has been dedected from my account and stell not refunded. I gone to bank also to check they told me that money has been not created in account can u pls check it out and refund my money as soon as my transaction id is [protected]
