Refund — Refund money not received yet

I have order a product on 10th feb in sendmygift.com with the help of their agent and also asked her that is it deliverable to my address (noida) or not she said yes it it then she ordered also for same day delivery after that i didn't receive it and my product was also cancelled and customer care told me that my amount is refunded but till now i haven't received my money back in my account. So I want my money back asap.
My order id was[protected], now when I am trying to reach them they are not responding . I have also send them mail on [protected]@sendmygift.com and called on customer care number [protected] but no one is responding. I want resolution asap
