Refunds — Refunds for cancelled booking on April 16,7:17 AM JPS6NKPVD

I have cancelled the zoomcar 0n the April 16, 7:17 AM, As zoomcar assured that i will get within 5-7 business days.i didn't get the refund after 5-7 business days.so i have contacted customer service they are assured that i will get within 2-3 weeks as there was lockdown.so, even after 3 weeks i have not received my refund?
When i again contacted customer service they are giving same copy, paste replies again & again.

Do resolve ASAP my money is very imp in these crisis.
Its been exactly 1 month though i didn't receive the money.
