We filled a coupon at metro inox, thy referred us to this travel agency. By giving us exciting offers they convinced us to become the member and since d day we paid the lumpsum amount, they have been disappeared. Poor customer service n not a single facility as promised. We did also sign a contract n we were just fooled. D customer care is least bothered to give us services as promised. Dey only keep us waiting for on n on. N d main branch head has just disappeared. He neither speaks to us nor attend ur calls n always gives lame excuses to avoid us.. Plz help us.. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Guys, you all would have understood how they function.The conclusion is that they are fraudsters.
The 2 directors of the company are Armaan Shaikh & Deepak Varma.
My advise to all of those who have been cheated by this fraudsters either by not providing the services or by denieing the refund file a CONSUMER CASE as soon as possible.
You will have to file a case at Consumer Court Parel.
Many people have started getting the refund.
Guys don't let this people get away with our money.

I think we should take some action together, pls share your contact detail..
I too have the 3 year membership plan and not getting any kind of service.. I have discussed the case with Police officials and have the home address of Armaan Sheikh and few other staff.. People staying in vicinity of their office pls contact police official there and let us all collect the evidences and provide them.. Consumer court might take time but police complaint will definitely break them..

File a Complaint
While they have honoured the flight tickets, one night 5 star stay and some movie tickets, they have been very complacent for my hotel bookings.
I have to literally beg and plead to them for all my bookings.
