I wonder how good a car maintenance service provider can be and a big brand like general motors and i get the same answer and treatment every now and then and they issue malfunction spare part which gets bad within 6 months and customer again being charged for labor for no fault of him.

I get answer everyday from regency to bring my car but no one pays attention and it takes an entire days's time for one hour of labor. The issue still persists and they refuse to change my shocker of my car. My car still makes awkward noise. I wonder the mount bush changed for my car is genuine or not and fear it will again wear out after 6 months and again i will have to pay for the labor for the 3rd time.

When on sundays there is no escalation team available and there is no one to take care of my issue at your customer service center at[protected].

Even when i spoke to the supervisor and the madhur kishore he was unable to provide me a resolution.
Mr vishal sagar knows about my issue and he does not have time to take care of my issue either. No one calls to understand and resolve my issue. He says they cannot help with my issue only regency faridabad will take care of my issue however the regency faridabad does not help either.

Please provide me an answer to the below issues.
The front noise on my car while on speed breaker still exists and regency was unable to resolve my issue.
When the parts are under warranty why only the car mount bush was changed and not the front shockers of my car
If the parts are under warranty then why was i charged again for the labor.
Why customer has to pay the labor twice when the part sold to me was of poor quality and defective and went out of order in 6 months time.
Why there is no escalation team from chevrolet customer service center at[protected].?
Why there are few labors and only few lifts at the service center regency faridabad?
Why does it take an entire days time to repair my car?
Why the charges are not explained in advance before the repair?

I need a favorable answer and a reply from you at the earliest. I simply have not got my car repaired even after paying money and spending my entire day at regency faridabad.
