Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have raised a service request No. AMZSR015673 to Amazon CTDI for repairing my Amazon Fire TV Stick (Product Serial No. G070L82190420G3C). The company representative pick up the product from my home on 04/09/2020.

Thereafter, the product is not returned even after 20 days and the company is not responding for the status update. I am in doubt if the product is mishandled, lost or beyond repair.
Please help me in knowing the status of my product and service request as there is no update from the Amazon CTDI regarding that.

It is more than a month since raising the service request (AMZSR015673) on 03-Sep-2020 to Regenersis (india) Private Limited (a Ctdi Company), but still they are not reverting back with any status about my product.

I humbly request to intervene in this matter to get my product back from this company.
