I have raised a service request No. AMZSR015673 to Amazon CTDI for repairing my Amazon Fire TV Stick (Product Serial No. G070L82190420G3C). The company representative pick up the product from my home on 04/09/2020.
Thereafter, the product is not returned even after 20 days and the company is not responding for the status update. I am in doubt if the product is mishandled, lost or beyond repair.br...
