Regional Passport Office Ghaziabad — Passport stuck at RPO with no update! File no. GZ[protected]

This is my reapplication for the passport. I have had such a tough time from the past couple of months. For some reason the passport gets stuck at the RPO and there is no update after that.

Kindly look into file no. GZ[protected]. This is a renewal application and all the required documents were submitted. The police has also submitted a clear report. But the passport is still stuck at RPO. My husband is abroad from the past 1 year and I am not able to go just because of the incompetent system. This is against the rights of an individual to hold on/delay issuing he passport to citizens and giving a run around

Please treat this as URGENT! It is mentally and emotionally very distressing
