Sir my file no is HY[protected] and my D.O.B is 03/03/1996 i have applied for passport on 22nd july 2015 there is a show cause notice regarding to present addrsess so i went to regional passport office in hyderabad and changed my address police verification also done and police sent my application to passport office but still i didinot received my passport my permanent address is at prakasam district and present address is at guntur district both district police verified my address and there are no objections so please check my file no and issue my passport as soon as possibe
