Registration — not able to register with tcs alumni to withdraw pf

I have raised couple of request to register alone like below but I am getting response as Email ID and and date of joining and revealing is incorrect.

For mail ID - When i was with E serve they gave the mail ID J, Vimal [GCG-EMEA] or vimal.[protected]@citi.com
The DOJ and DOR I have mentioned as per the documents(Attached).

Please advise if the above mail id is incorrect then you should help me in getting the correct one and moreover I could find two TCS Eserve in the selection crietaria, may i would have selected in the incorrect one.I believe ticket 459571 is still active and you can explain me in detial where I have mentioned incorrectly.

The reason i complain is to withdraw my PF for that I need to register first .
