I signed up for regus on 4th jan'2019 at regus office assotech business cresterra, upper ground floor, tower 2. Plot no 22, sector 135, noida, 201301, india.
On account of poor service and facilities, i asked them to terminate my contract as i was not interested in using inferior and overpriced service.
So, i notified them on 30th march 2019 regarding the termination of the contract, and this is what i got their response.

Hi sudheer
Thank you for contacting account helpdesk.
A quick check on your account number 9436460 shows that original end date of your agreement was 31st january 2020.
We discovered that you had raised the termination on 30th march 2019. However, raised termination will not make any change to agreement end date.
Having said that, your account is supposed to be charged until 31st january 2020. We do not have facility of early termination.
3 months' notice in your agreement terms and condition indicated stopping auto renewal.
Therefore, invoices raised are legitimate. Currently, payment method is set as"bank transfer", therefore, your credit card will not be charged automatically in future.
I hope this will clarify your concerns.

After that, they kept on raising invoices, and one day on 6th june, 2019, they sent me a threatening mail like this
"
Dear all,
Kindly be informed that we have not received the payment for your past invoices, invoice and reminders has been escalated to you multiple time, we are not receiving any positive response from your end, request you to clear the outstanding before it goes to our chasing team.

I immediately copied this to the top leadership ceo and board of directors of regus companies and complained to legal authorities.
The next day regus was sorry about their statement.
But still, they are generating invoices and applying the late fee.
Now, i have decided that i will drag them in court and ask for a hefty settlement if they not mend their behavior.
Regus if you are reading this answer me few questions -
1) do you think indian laws are stupid? Your one-sided contract will never hold in court, no matter if the customer signed it or not.
2) all lease agreements and rental agreements in india, less than or equal to 11 months, must have an early termination clause.
Don't worry. You keep raising invoices. I will fight this case in court very soon for your arrogant, threatening, and fraud business.
I want to warn fellow users that never signup for their service anywhere.
