Relarc — Resolved my not taken loan issue

I have not taken any loan from RelArc, but its affecting my cibil score.
From CIBIL score site. I came to know that, my cibil score is down because of loan from RELARC. But I have not taken any loan from them.

I was born in 05/05/1998, but loan was created on 05/05/2010 . That time I was studied in x std how it is possible to do.

Request you to remove this from my CIBIL SCORE, as i have not taken any loan from them. So plz solved my issue
