Relarc — Wrong Education Loan Mapped on my Pan

My Name is Praveen kumar K but its somebody called M Praveen kumar M Mathi K name is mentioned in the cibil report .
I have not taken any loan of Rs.5, 83, 000 from RELARC. I don't Know who is not Relarc i have not approach them and they have not approached me, please remove the loan entry and outstanding from my CIBIL report immediately. its reflects in my cibil report. so kindly remove the that entry.it affects my score very Badly, Pls confirm
