I had asked for maid services from this agency for my dad who was a cancer patient. After he got discharged from hospital I contacted them and told my situation and asked them to provide a maid to take care of my dad. I paid for the registration fees that same time after they agreed to all my conditions and requirements. After paying my case was handed to some lady called Sapna who never called me herself and when I called she was mostly on leave. My dad expired on 1st October, 2022 and I have still not received a maid even after telling my whole situation. Even after that I asked her to provide house help but that too was not provided. These people are cheating the innocent and needy customers and I hope to get some proper resolution for this complaint. Mainly for the whole staff who is least bothered of their duties as they receive payment from customers before they give service they don't care as they feel what will the customer do as they have already paid for it and for an amount of Rs. 3000 who will put up a case against them.
