Fraud. There is no refund policy. Fake promises only. Previous employee left the job who promised refund is the only reply you will get when asked for refund....

They charged advance faking a teleconference call and the maid agreed for all the requests. Smita the agent who called me post my enquiry said to register me she need a payment of 2000/-. Post making the payment via google pay she has stopped answering my calls and reverting to my messages!!! They are a big racket

I was searching a cook for 12 hours and came across these frauds... After fooling by sending few pics and aadhar of cooks the person named as Smita set up a conference call with one cook and agreed to my requirements... She demanded 2000/- as registration fees and assured that she will send the maid... After making the payment she has stopped answering calls and reverting to messages. .. They need to be prisoned to stop such fraud!!!

I had earlier lodged this complaint and a complaint with Cyber crime police against these scammer. So they arranged a Nanny in order to withdraw these complaint. The Nanny left the job due to some personal issues at her end so as per my agreement with this scamming company, I asked them arrange a new nanny and now these scammers don't even answer my calls.
I called up the other numbers also but they say they don't remember etc. etc.
People strict warning for all please avoid them on all situation. You may try some other agencies but don't even think of engaging with them,

This Company is a big fraud and cheating trap for people who are in need of maid, i had given 3500 Rs as token money for maid hiring in jan 23. They have fully cheated me and till date not a single maid had contacted me or had come to meet. They are cheating many people like me and making fun of public money. Pls take action against these fraudsters

We were assured of getting a maid within a day or two.

In good faith an advance of Rs 1000 was paid via Gpay.

Thereafter they forwarded 3 maid number where the person said she will revert later. Never heard from her.
The maid never turned up and no calls either. When i was trying to reach out to the agent they also never answered after many attempts

This is in regards to Reliable Maid services at Vashi- They take money for and from Old people and dont service them.. when you ask them for refunds, they will only give you one standard reply " we will get back soon" but that soon never comes and they intentionally dont answer your calls.. They have taken 3000 from our old parents who are 80 years old, living on pension and have not given services... they are fraudulent people and refuse to give services .. NEVER go with them... please write bad reviews on google and drop their ratings..

On 21st August, I had enquired for Reliable Maid services and they responded very well and shared Aadhar Cards of the nanny as well. Seemed that they are genuine and made a teleconference with one the maid (which i seem is another member of their team) and said that the nanny will reach at your destination tomorrow at 9 AM as per my requirement.
They informed that nanny will arrive only after my registration charges of 6, 500 is paid. Since I urgently needed the nanny, I paid.
The next day onwards, the persons stopped answering my calls. Another person called me up saying that he was speaking on his colleague's behalf and is arranging a new maid since the maid will not be available due to Rakshabandhan. Then again the next day same story with another maid. It has kept on going.

They are running a racket and into other fraud business they will take all ur details and will harm u later .so please don't pay them a single penny.there families are also involved in this scam .

I had paid them a fully refundable amount of Rs 7500 for providing maid service. no maid was provided and no refund is given. lots of verbal abuse and mental harassment was done by the agency persons when asked to provide suitable service or refund.

I recently had the misfortune of working with the "Reliable Maid Service" agency, and let me tell you, the name couldn't be more misleading. In fact, I feel compelled to share my experience to spare others from falling victim to their unprofessionalism and lack of commitment. Here's a rundown of the reasons why I strongly advise against working with this agency.

First and foremost, their support is virtually non-existent. When I encountered issues with the maid assigned to me, I reached out to the agency(Mainly ajay, priya and sapna) for assistance, hoping for some guidance or a replacement. However, to my dismay, they showed no interest in resolving my concerns. It seemed as if once they had my money, they couldn't care less about the quality of service they were providing.

Furthermore, the agency displayed a shocking level of negligence when it came to replacing a maid who abruptly stopped showing up. Despite repeated requests for a replacement, they turned a blind eye to my situation. As a paying customer, I found it utterly unacceptable to be left without any assistance or support for months on end.

To add insult to injury, their communication skills are extremely bad. They conveniently "forget" to answer phone calls and blatantly ignore text messages. It's incredibly frustrating when you're left hanging, wondering why the agency you trusted doesn't have the decency to respond to your legitimate concerns. It's clear that their lack of professionalism extends far beyond their maid services.

In light of my horrendous experience, I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from working with this agency. Save yourself the trouble, disappointment, and wasted money by seeking a reliable and reputable service elsewhere. The "Reliable Maid Service" agency has proven itself to be unreliable, unsupportive, and untrustworthy.

We had put up an enquiry on Reliable Maid Services website and were contacted by Priya and Ajay.
We were assured of getting a maid within a day or two.

In good faith an advance of Rs 2000 was paid via Gpay.

Thereafter Priya forwarded one maid number where the person said she will revert later. Never heard from her.

On asking Priya to provide other maid details she started with a plethora of excuses saying there was family emergency etc.

Calls were not taken thereafter by Priya. Made at least 50+ calls.

On calling the other number which belonged to some Ajay, he would give excuses that he was outside and will ask the office to revert. Nothing happened. Now he also doesn't take our calls.

We would like to report this whole experience as that of Fraud and Cheating done.

People please be wary of giving any money to Reliable Maid Services located in Nano Wing, Sector 30A, Vashi. They cheat people of their hard earned money.

Will be lodging a complaint with Google too.

I was in need of 24 hrs maid services and registered for the same on internet. Received a call from reliable maid agency and they asked me to register by paying 2000 rs and i did the same after that they were suppose to send me a maid which i spoke over the phone. The maid never turned up and no calls either. When i was trying to reach out to the agent they also never answered after many attempts one lady named sneha picked and she said she cant provide any maid and i can go ahead and do what ever i can. I humbly request your help to get my money back and also pl take action against such fraud companies.

Before the money was paid, Ms. Neha sent me 4 profiles. I selected one named Pooja and spoke to her on a conference call with Neha. She said she is ready to join from the next day. I made a payment of 3000/- to the number Neha gave. Next day no maid comes, Neha avoids my calls and some other rude lady sent 1 profile of an old lady. I told send some more, to which she replies that only she is available.

These people are big frauds and just loot our hard earned money. I am going to fight this case.

We had received Reliable Maid services contact online and we approached them for 12 hours maid for our house. They asked us to Google pay 7500/- for their service for 1 year with promise to provide a maid immediately as per our requirement shared with them. It is now 1 month and they have not provided a single maid and have been avoiding all our calls. It is a total scam and mental trauma to us.

They have very poor service. I have an executed contract with them for September 2022. They have provided one maid, Rutika, who takes leave without prior notice. Several times I asked for the replacement, but they didn't pick up the call. So much time is wasted on follow-up. Then if I was able to contact them, their employee speaks very arrogently. For eg some Ms. Priya is very very rude. Ms. Smita doesn't pick up the call. Ms. Neha just promised for replacement but they don't provide any. Pathetic service.

We were looking out for a maid cum cook for my sister at Kharghar and we came across this organisation while browsing online. We received a call from their office at Vashi from where one Smita spoke with my sister. We told her about our requirements and our budget of 15 to 16 thousand for a 24 hrs service. Smita assured us that she would find a suitable maid for us and told us to pay an advance of Rs.2000/- to the account of Kanyashree Kamble, Mob. [protected] which is refundable if we are not satisfied with the work of the maid in a 3 day trial period. My sister agreed to pay and paid the amount through google pay. Soon after, a lady named Sneha from their office contacted my sister and sent profiles of a couple of maids. My sister selected one from the profile and told her to send her to home. However, the maid did not turn up and there was no response from their office either. My sister tried contacting Smita but she would not attend the call; Sneha also avoided her calls. As I am staying at Vashi, I visited their office the next day and met Smita who started giving lame excuses for not responding to calls and connected me to Sneha on her Mobile who also did not give me a satisfactory explanation for not sending the maid selected by my sister. She asked me for a day's time for finding a suitable maid for us which I agreed but the same pattern continued; Smita won't answer the call and Sneha after several calls would pick up and later send some profiles from which we will select and later selected maid won't turn up for some reason or the other. In the meantime I had 3 visits to their office and every time it is the same old story. The only change is that another female from their office named Priya came into picture, last time I went to the office on 24th Feb.
We are in urgent need of a maid as my mother is old and sick and now my sister with whom she is staying has also fallen ill. We told their office about our urgency, but they did not provide a single maid for us. We told them to refund our money but they refused to refund without giving any service. Later we found from the google reviews of their organisation that we are not the only people who were taken for a ride; there are several others who have gone through this experience with your service.
I request all not to trust this organisation as they are a fake company made to swindle people taking advantage of their urgency.

This agency claims to give a maid in half a day. Its been 3.5 months, I have paid money and have been following up with them on a maid. Not a single maid is been sent to work.

Total 4 maids were sent to my place for an interview. I approved all of them to work at their salary expectations. However NO BODY TURNED UP. Later I found, it is a marketing gimmick by agency. Maids sent are "just to show" and "not to work".

I have been asking for a refund and registered a police compliant too. Till date there is no response on refund

It is a planned scam to take advance and not send maids. Initially they will be very sweet and shall commit you a free replacement for an year. However once you pay them advance - they will completely change, not send maids and be extremely rude to you over the phone.

I wanted a maid for 24/7, I found this agency online. I called and spoke to 2 ladies. Smita and Neha. They spoke to me and assured me the best service. They asked me to register and pay the fees online. Without a thought I trusted them and paid the amount of ₹7500. The next they I did not receive any calls. I waited for another day no calls. So I started calling them. They were not answering my calls. The phone is either busy or not answered. I should not have trusted them. I feel cheated. My money is gone.

I want to lodge an FIR against a spam because of which I lost Rs 3000.
I was looking for a maid for my house and I was contacted by “Smita” claiming that she is from this company called “Reliable Maid Service” based in Vashi on 14 Feb 2023. She sent me pictures and adhaar cards of three maids asking me to choose one, I chose one and then she sent her bank details saying that the maid will start coming from evening onwards, and to transfer Rs 3000/- to her account. I transferred the money and later she stopped picking up the call.
Then another member of company “Priya” called me saying maid will be coming in 10 mins.
Later I got messages on whatsapp saying the maid couldn’t come today and that she will come tomorrow, while she stopped picking my calls as well.
Next day I sent a message that if they don’t respond I will have to report the matter.
Then I received another call from someone called Neha saying she will talk about refund.
I searched the internet and found more complaints similar to this one.

I had asked for maid services from this agency for my dad who was a cancer patient. After he got discharged from hospital I contacted them and told my situation and asked them to provide a maid to take care of my dad. I paid for the registration fees that same time after they agreed to all my conditions and requirements. After paying my case was handed to some lady called Sapna who never called me herself and when I called she was mostly on leave. My dad expired on 1st October, 2022 and I have still not received a maid even after telling my whole situation. Even after that I asked her to provide house help but that too was not provided. These people are cheating the innocent and needy customers and I hope to get some proper resolution for this complaint. Mainly for the whole staff who is least bothered of their duties as they receive payment from customers before they give service they don't care as they feel what will the customer do as they have already paid for it and for an amount of Rs. 3000 who will put up a case against them. I want such people to get what they serve so that in future they don't cheat any more people.

This is one of the worst services to opt for. I needed a maid urgently and they took complete advantage of that fact. They have harrases me to pay a registration fee of 6000 and assured me a maid in 2 days.They will send you a contact which is absolutely useless. The maid arrived on the 10th day after payment and cried that she didn't have any money to go back home or to eat since she had been out of a job for 3 months. she took 500 rs and told me to let the agency know about it. thereafter there was no maid sent or any contact made by the agency to help me with a maid. I have called them more than 100 times and all of them have ignored my calls. Please do not invest in this agency, They are scammers who will harass you to pay a fee and then block you so you have no way of contacting them. I tried asking for a refund but even that wasn't possible.

Initially, very friendly and they sent me the maid profiles very fast.
Once I made the payment for contract, they are not giving any response, nor they are picking up calls.

I have approached reliable maid services for a requirement of Maid for cleaning activity. They informed that before scheduling interview for maid we need to pay commission fees. basis the urgent requirement have made a payment via gpay for Rs.4500/-. After making payment no one has turned up for interview. we have been doing multiple follow ups from our end but there was no response. sometimes they used to pick up call and say we will send someone tomorrow. then another fake person used to call and mention will come for interview. No body turn up neither they are responding on a request of refund for not providing services. this is totally fraud company and strict action needs to be taken against them.

Need urgent resolution and refund.
