[Resolved] Reliance 3G Services — Illegal balance deduction/3G out of service | |||
I have a number [protected]. On 25th APR I had informed reliance that it is out of function upon which they assured that it shall be solved within 24 Hours. On 28th I was informed that it is recharged with 2G thus only 2G speed can be availed.When informed them that never we have recharged with 2G then they had admitted that there may be some technical problem and it happens in some cases. Till date the net is out of connectivity. It is also noticed that every now and then balance is deducted and after strict vigil on usage, it is found that reliance is doing CHORI. When in evening system is shut down and opened in morning, it is noticed that 200 to 500 MB is lost. The customer care informs that it is used being office closed and dongil remaining out of the system(strange to note) IT IS CORRECT THAT BSNL IS BSNL AND TRUSTWORTHY HONEST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE PROVIDER. Today i have decided to put off all RIL phones including this particular service which I have trusted for the 5th time.
