Reliance Capital — Check I received a loan approval letter is real or reel

Two days before I received a call from one person they told I am from reliance finance limited. I also needed money and told to proceed for 1500000. Then continue chat in WhatsApp. They send me EMI and loan approval letter and mail also. They told your loan amount credited to your bank account and asked to check in the email. Initially they didn't tell about payment and after email sent, They have mentioned your amount is credited and hold due to processing fee and gst and tax need to pay and they asked to pay processing fee 3600 first. I have paid that. After that they sent another email. In that they mentioned GST and tax need to pay 9600. I have paid that also. Then they sent another email and in that I need to pay insurance 18999. Here I was doubtful to the person whether he is real or reel, because usually insurance amount is deducted from loan amount and they they sent remaining. But here they are asking to pay separately . I didn't pay that and told them I don't have money now. He said pay 50% and remaining 50% insurance company will pay. Here also my doubt is increased, because no insurance company providing this kind of offer. I told them I don't have money now . Still they are asking. I have attached all the payment details, loan approval letter and email for reference. Here I want to know whether they are real employee or fraud . Please check and refund money what I have paid (3600+9600). Also take immediate action to save other people if they are fraud.
