Reliance Capital — Complaint against the car loan payment collection and forced to surrender the car

Hi team,

My car loan is with reliance capital. My phone number is [protected]. My car is registered under the name friendz tours and travels. I had taken a car loan in 2013 but and paid the 44 emi's. Due to some financial crises i am unable to pay 4 emi's. I also requested the collection agent to take 10, 000 per month for next 4 months as my loan tenure has completed and i am willing to pay. But he has threaten me to file a case against me and get a warrant to arrest. And also reposes my car inspite of telling him i am willing to pay.

Kindly help me i had paid 44 emi's and i am willing to pay more 4 but need some time..
