Subject:Reliance capital online fraud fraud agaist reliance capital Dear sir My name Vitthal babasaheb kalyankar maharashtra paranda osmanabad. I got a call from person named vivek prajapati no.[protected]/[protected] on 30Aug by saying he is employee of reliance capital and reliance capital is entering in banking sector and offer me loan against fd mortgage on 0% loan of 1000000/- and I have to pay just 1% of amt.as fd I.e 10000//- and I submitted my all document and bank details I submitted my documents on 30 Aug and they ask me to submit Loan aproval sign that agreement and forward them and they give loan approvals letter as make neft of rs.7250/- as approval was sign.by Mr.Nisha mam (chief executive officer) address of mumbai as I trusted him by name of reliance .after making this payment once again called from the said person Mr.vivek as change in policy as month was changed and I have to pay further amt.15000/-(fdrR a/c)8002/- (processing fees)30000/-(TDs tax) up to 5sep and no further payment after this and in written by Mr.ck chankya branch head I paid all this payment honestly by trust of reliance and name of Sam ghosh then Mr.Punit batra from fund department demanding 1% of loan amt.I.e18550/- as I already paid lacs of rs.I have no choice to give him 10000/- but I still not back my money and Punit is transfer my file to Mr.ashok jain after this all this happening mr.vivek told me to pay 21700/-to open immediate fund a/c and i got my fund in 24 hours i did so.but i still not get back my loan amt.after so much harresement i decided for cacellation and they forcing me that if you cancel the loan you have to pay cancllation charges i.e 26250/-i paid that for cancellation but still not get back my refund amt.they are saying that the employee of their co.named mr.prem sharma [protected] has wrongly relogin file for loan and now in my file found dispatching problem and now if i want loan then i want to pay 30000/-and if refund then more cancellation amt.of 10000/- now i am not in condition to pay more i feel they are just wasting a time I am very middle-class person and I feel that I was froaed by all this person from Delhi I made this payment by very hardly working Please guide me how can I got back my money I wish to arrest this Rascal's immediately.
