Reliance Capital — fraud with customers in personal loan

Respected sir,


1. With due respect, i, would like to draw your attention towards issue related to applying for personal loan & insurance from reliance capital on 11 july 2019.

2. I had applied online personal loan for rs 2, 00, 000/- from reliance capital and in this regards i was in contact with the following individuals of your department:-

(A) mr vinay mehta (File incharge) on mob no. [protected] and wartsapp no. [protected] told me that file charge sum of rs 6, 666/- will be paid by you in favour of reliance capital on line service, punjab & sind bank delhi account no [protected] ifsc cord psib0000105. I transferred the amount by imps in favour reliance capital of on line service account no [protected] ifsc code no psib0000105 vide hdfc bank rashid no[protected] dt 11 july 2019 after that document/file for personal loan has been prepared and approved letter send to me on my personal e - mail id (Photocopy of the same is enclosed).

(B) mr vivek panthri (Insurance) on mob no [protected] intimated me that your loan has been sanctioned vide sanction letter file no uti/mgl/57/845 (Details of loan mentioned in sanction letter (Copy attached) dt but you will have to pay insurance cover benefit for rs 20, 000/- in favour of reliance capital account no. No [protected]vide hdfc bank rashid no[protected] dated 17 jul 2019 for personal of loan rs 2, 00, 000/- (Rupees two lacs only) (Refundable amount within 3 days after the loan amount disbursed in your account within 24 hours after process has been completed) (Online receipt attached) as per instructions given in on line massage that personal loan will be credited in your account within 24 hours after processing has been completed and i transferred rs 20, 000/- through money transfer/on line transfer in account no given above.

(C) on 18 july 19 i received a mail from [protected]@reliancecapital.com it is you inform that we have recorded a bounced transaction of rs/- 2, 00, 000 against your personal loan due to non maintain the account and mr manish (Cashier) mob [protected] he told please submit a noc and re-approval to reliance capital ltd. For the re-approval & noc of getting the transaction along with the fee of rs 22, 333/- and 18, 666/- which was refundable with the loan amount. I transferred money in the same above mention account vide hdfc bank rashid no[protected] and[protected] dated 19 jul 2019.

(D) on 21 july 19 i received a call from mr manish (Cashier) mob [protected][protected] he told to transfer rs 30, 000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) (15% commission) in my personal account and when i will receive your transferred money than i will credited of your loan amount in your account.

(E) i immediately call mr. Vinay mehta to cancel my loan approval and refund all my money which is deposit in the reliance capital account no. [protected] by various transfer. Mr. Vinay mehta told me please deposit the loan cancellation processing fee of rs. 12, 777/-. I transferred the amount by imps in favour of reliance capital of on line service account no [protected] ifsc code no psib0000105 vide hdfc bank rashid no[protected] dt 22 july 2019. Mr. Vinay mehta told me that after 2 days you will get your all amount in your account.

(F) since 22 july 19 to till date mr. Vinay mehta and mr. Vivek panthri did not pick my call.

(G) you are requested to intimate present possession of case other wise legal action will be taken against the defaulters/company.


3.in this regard the following documents is fwd herewith for your necessary action please:-

(H) reliance capital loan approval no rcpl/0003857 dated 13 july 2019 and sanction letter file no uti/mgl/57/845

(I) hdfc bank rashid no[protected] dt 11 july 2019 for rs 6, 666/- for processing fees.

(J) hdfc bank rashid no[protected] dated 17 jul 2019 for rs 20, 000/- for insurance amount.

(K) hdfc bank rashid no[protected] dated 19 jul 2019 for rs. Rs 22, 333/- for re-approval

(L) hdfc bank rashid no[protected] dated 19 jul 2019 for rs. 18, 666/- for noc.

(M) hdfc bank rashid no[protected] dt 22 july 2019 of rs. Rs. 12, 777/- for loan closer.

4.in view of the above, may i request you to look in to the matter and issue instructions for crediting. Of all amount rs 80, 442/- (Return processing fees of rs 6, 666/- (Rupees six thousand six hundred sixty six), insurance amount rs 20, 000/- (Rupees twenty thousand), noc rs. 22, 333/-, re-approval rs. 18, 666/- and rs. 12, 777/- for loan closer charges within shortest period to avoid unnecessary correspondence.
